Do I have to register before I can place an order?

No, you can also place an order without registering. We offer registration, but this is not a requirement for placing an order.

What happens after my online order?

Within a few minutes you will receive an order confirmation with all relevant information. From then on you will be informed about each transaction step by e-mail.

How can I track my order?

Your goods can be tracked online from the time they are handed over to the carrier.

When will the delivery take place and will I be informed about this?

The delivery takes place within 3 - 14 working days after receipt of the money. You will be informed about the dispatch by e-mail.

Can a third person accept the goods?

This varies depending on the value and the deliverer. If you wish to do this, it is safest to give the names of the legitimate recipients in a shipping address that differs from the billing address (even if the address is the same).


When do I have to pay for the order?

In principle, we deliver when the goods have been paid for. That means you can pay in advance via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer. You are also welcome to pay for the items in cash directly at our premises.


Can I also pick up the goods on site?

You can pick up the goods from our office in Lauterbach (Hesse) personally or through an authorized person with an ID card and a written confirmation of legitimation, including the buyer's ID card, and pay in cash on site.
